Apartment Adri is a fabulous 2 bedroom first floor apartment overlooking the swimming pool on the calm and small holiday complex of Royal Cabanas Beach. This great apartment is beautifully decorated and offers modern facilities including WIFI and air conditioning.
The entrance to our inviting 2 bedroom first floor apartment is from Rua Das Pescadores. The entrance is operated by key or intercom and gives access to Apartment Adri and 5 other apartments. The higher floors have either an internal staircase or a lift, the lift also goes down to the underground car park and can give easy access to the pool and gardens.
Located on the right, Apartment Adri has a solid wood front door with a 5 lever lock, it opens up into a wonderful bright, open plan space, designed for total comfort.
Apartment Adri is a super 2 bedroom first floor apartment that you will simply love. It has been furnished to an excellent standard and offer a wonderful living space. The open plan feel of the living room offers a huge cove ceiling with ambient lighting. To the rear of the space is a super modern glass dining table with white lacquer legs and 4 matching leather style chairs with chrome legs.
A wonderful huge soft and plush corner style sofa in the most gorgeous rose coloured fabric dominates the room and offers exceptional comfort. The sofa offers views out on to the terrace and towards the swimming pool or faces towards a smart flat screen television set on a unit that matches the dining table and chairs and also matched the chic coffee table set in the centre of the space.
The kitchen is divided by a breakfast bar from the living room, making a great addition and ease for serving wonderful home cooked food.
One of the best features of the 2 bedroom first floor apartment is the fantastic huge sliding glass windows that lead on to the private terrace. They add an extra dimension to the space as when open the terrace become part of the living room. But when closed they give a cosy feel to the space what still enjoying great views. They have the practical addition of shutters but also light and pleasant curtains.
We, here at Marsalgarve have made sure the kitchen at our 2 bedroom first floor apartment is perfect for you. It is a galley style kitchen with all appliances, cupboards, drawers and work space along one wall, with a breakfast bar opposite that works with the living space.
Larger appliances include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ring gas hob and built in electric oven and extractor. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and a capsule coffee machine.
We have stocked the drawers and cupboards with plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans dishes, crockery, glasses, cutlery and much more. The idea is to create proper family kitchen. The local produce is so good, fresh and tasty it seems a shame not to take advantage.
A door from the kitchen leads to the private terrace giving nice easy access for when you wish to eat and drink al fresco.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Apartment Adri offers 2 excellent size bedrooms and the master has the added luxury one en suite facilities. The en suite provides a full size bath and overhead shower along with a toilet and bidet all in smart, modern white ceramic. A nice large white ceramic basin is set above a vanity cupboard that offer plenty of storage.
The master bedroom is decorated with a kingsize bed in painted white and oak with matching bedside cupboards and lamps. The room captures a gentle sea breeze feel and is light and pleasant. Glass double doors open on to a small private balcony that looks over the hills and mountains behind Cabanas. The doors are fitted with shutters so you can enjoy a super dark room and also air conditioning offers that all important cool breeze in the summer but cosy warmth in the Winter.
The twin bedroom is set with 2 good size single beds and fabulous huge ivory padded headboards just adding that hint of style and luxury. Between the beds is a smart bedside cupboard and lamp the walls are decorated with a sea theme and again doors offer great access on to another small private balcony.
As with the master bedroom this room also offers shutters on the doors and air conditioning to make sure of ultimate comfort any time of the year.
The bathroom is just bedside the door for the twin bedroom and offers s very smart cubicle shower, toilet and basin.
Our lovely 2 bedroom first floor apartment has a fantastic terrace that leads for the living room and kitchen. It is an especially large space and overlooks the swimming pool, terraces and gardens at Royal Cabanas Beach.
We have chosen to add a dining table and 4 chairs along with some sun augers so you can enjoy some more private sunbathing and relaxing if you do not feel you wish to always relax by the pool.
Huge sliding windows give access to the terrace form the living room and once open give the feel of an extra room to the space.
A door from the kitchen also makes the terrace such a great and easy space to enjoy.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
One of the best features of Royal Cabanas beach is its size. As compared to the larger Cabans Beach Club this complex house less than 30 apartments in a small but relaxing a quite holiday location. The centre of the space is filled with a super large swimming pool with a lovely waterfall feature at the deer end and easy access Roma steps at the shallow end.
Surrounding the pool is a good selection of sun loungers placed for guest to use and enjoy. Behind the pool is even a small garden laid to lawn and shrubs.
To the left of the pool is a communal area with some games and gym equipment all pen to guests and residents to use.
Under the complex is a large underground secure car park and Apartment Adri has its own allocated parking space.
This 2 bedroom first floor apartment offers everything you could need for a great holiday. The wifi works thought the apartment and is of a good speed. The air conditioning units are modern and placed in the living space and bedrooms, they offer instant cool or heat depending on your needs.
Our lovely 2 bedroom first floor apartment comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Adri. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Premier Algarve Holidays LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please ues this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
