Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Apartment Casa Feliz is a smartly furnished 2 bedroom garden apartment situated within a quieter part of Cabanas Beach Club. It offers easy access to the complex pool, views of gardens, garage parking, internet and air conditioning. Located close to the sea front in the pretty fishing Village of Cabanas de Tavira.

Apartment Casa Feliz is a charming 2 bedroom garden apartment nestled within the well placed holiday complex of Cabanas de Tavira.  It offers modern living and a great base for the perfect holiday. 


Our 2 bedroom garden apartment is located within a block of apartments, located on a quiet cobbled street. A main entrance gives access to the building by either a key or intercom access.  A few steps lead to the front door and once inside the apartment opens up into light and spacious open plan living.

Living Space

Apartment Casa Feliz offers a welcoming open plan living room with 2 large sofas overlooking a private terrace through floor to ceiling glass siding doors. Set in the corner of the room is a modern television stand with a flat screen television upon offering a range of European channels. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the 2 bedroom garden apartment, reaching out onto the terrace. 

Adjacent to the dividing wall between the kitchen and living space is a well placed soft grey lacquered dining table and matching chairs. 

The living space is of fresh design and offers a generous living area for 4 people. The design and layout of this 2 bedroom garden apartment has been carefully thought out, creating a soft and pleasant living space perfect for a relaxing holiday whether it be a summer holiday with fun in the sun or a winter break taking in the warm winter sun and maybe a spot of golf or birdwatching?

Enormous french sliding windows dominate the front of the 2 bedroom garden apartment and the allow easy access to the wonderful enclosed private terrace. 

A marble set breakfast bar divides the living space from the well equipped kitchen but offers a great facility for serving up breakfast or some freshly cooked meals on those lazy pool days. 

Well appointed pictures, ornaments and soft furnishings make for an inviting holiday home at Apartment Casa Feliz.


The kitchen at this 2 bedroom garden apartment is well designed and well stocked in keeping with any family kitchen.  The fitted kitchen cupboards and drawers are filled with various pots, pans, serving dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses cups and much more. Every small detail has been thought of so you can enjoy creating some fabulous new recipes utilising the fresh produce on offer at the local daily markets. 

Great care has been given when supplying the appliances in this apartment, these include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, a built in electric oven, gas hob with overhead extractor fan and microwave. On the dark cool and practical marble work top you will also find a kettle, toaster and coffee machine.  

A glass door leads out to the private terrace where you willl find the washing machine. Stored here too is a bbq for you to enjoy during your holiday. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Apartment Casa Feliz offers 2 good size bedrooms that overlook the quiet cobbled street to the back of the 2 bedroom garden apartment. 

The master bedroom has the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and overhead shower. The white suite also comprises of a toilet, bidet and basin set within a practical vanity unit offering great storage. Above the unit is a large wall mounted mirror. Beautifully styled, this space is a fabulous addition to the master bedroom. 

The master bedroom in this 2 bedroom garden apartment offers a selection of matching bedroom furniture including a lovely kingsize bed and matching bedside cupboards with lamps. This bedroom also offers a dressing table and mirror, the perfect area for your holiday cosmetics and trinkets. Fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a door to a bijou balcony with full shutters offer the practicality needed for a perfect bedroom. 

The balcony overlooks the cobbled street enabling you to experience the true relaxed feeling that Cabanas has to offer. This balcony also has the benefot of facing towards the sun rise so a great early morning spot to enjoy your coffee and ease yourself into the day. 

The second bedroom is laid out with two single beds. The headboard is of a velour material in a light hazelnut colour with matching bed bases with complimenting bedside cupboards and lamps. The feel of the room is warm, gentle and inviting. This room also enjoys a small balcony overlooking the quiet street. 

Practical features include the all important fitted wardrobe space, air conditioning providing cool or warm comfort depending on the time of year you choose to stay with us. The all important shutter to the glass door allowing the true blackout effect to aid a truly restful night's sleep.  

Adjacent to this twin room is a well designed bathroom with a large shower cubicle, toilet and basin set into the same style vanity unit as the master ensuite. A large wall mounted mirror also compliments the suite.

Private Terraces

Apartment Casa Feliz is a great 2 bedroom garden apartment thats offers a variety of outside space for your enjoyment. 

The main terrace is located to the front of the apartment overlooking the interior of Cabanas Beach Club and the fabulous well kept lawns and flower beds. Glass doors lead from both the living space and kitchen out onto the main terrace which really adds an extra dimension to the apartment. You will find here an outside dining table and chairs along with sun loungers to allow you to make the most of this wonderful space. 

Each bedroom offers a small balcony on which you can enjoy your morning coffee and a gentle wake up to the day ahead. 

Out from the main terrace is the easiest route to enjoying the swimming pool and garden terraces. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Cabanas Beach Club is a totally enclosed holiday complex. At one end of the rectanglular design is a large salt water swimming pool which is gentle on your skin and is for all residents and guests to enjoy. Surrounding the pool the Condominium Company have provided a selection of sun loungers and parasols for all to enjoy.

The rest of the complex is laid to pretty cobbled paths, gardens, local shrubs and flower beds to give a relaxed feel to the complex. 

Beneath the apartment buildings is a huge underground car park with 2 entrances. With 2 gated entrances each, opened with remote control units, ensure that the car park is safe and secure.  Apartment Casa Feliz has its own allocated parking space. 


There is plenty to enjoy with this 2 bedroom garden apartment. Its location within Cabanas Beach Club offers a quieter accommodation choice compared to apartments that overlook the swimming pool. It offers so much to enjoy, including excellent internet and wifi, air conditioning, shutters to keep the apartment cool and also secure. Secure underground parking. Easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, the beach and a huge choice of cafes and restaurants. 

Don't forget Cabanas de Tavira has great transport links and even a train station.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.


    Damages Protection

    Premier Algarve  Holidays LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please ues this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  


    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.


    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.


    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

    Second time we have visited and just as good as the first time. Great location,great beach and great restaurants. The apartment is clean and bright and a good size to accommodate a family of four.

    Lovely Apartment
    Very nice apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Very close to everything and the beach is beautiful and just a short ride on the small boat. The pool was also good and the kids used it all the time. Apartment located close to the pool so we could rest and the kids had fun. Good comms from Mars and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
