Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us. To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption. We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.

Apartment Margarida is a 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms. Located in the popular resort of Cabanas Beach Club, this wonderful apartment makes for a great holiday base all year around. 


From the main entrance to the building, 6 apartments are located over 3 floors. Our apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be accessed either by stairs or a lift.  The lift can also take you to the underground garage thats in turn gives you access to the pool and garden with out having to leave the resort. 

Living Space

Our 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms has been well furnished with a funky and modern theme.  As you enter the apartment from the front door it opens up into a huge living space in an open plan style. A gorgeous dark rose fabric sofa with a chaise long feature is set central to the space and offers views on to the private balcony. Also the sofa, decorated with funky cushions  faces a large white lacquer sideboard designed for the televise and storage with cupboards and plenty of space for fun ornaments. The flat screen television offers a good selection of European channels to enjoy.  The intent box is also by the tv and supplies excellent WIFI throughout this 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms. 

Behind the sofa is a breakfast bar that divides the living space form the kitchen. Here you will find placed 2 bar stools.  What a fabulous place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine hilt the cook is at work! Or maybe morning breakfast before a day of sightseeing or relaxing on the beach?

To the back of the living space is a smart chrome and black dining table with 4 matching chairs.  Along with an arm chair for a quiet spot to read or contemplate the day. 

Huge sliding windows along the front of the apartment open wide and add a wonderful dimension with access to a large and private balcony that overlooks the gardens of Cabanas Beach Club. 


We know how people like to cook and enjoy the novelty of the daily markets with their immense variety of locally grown fruit and vegetables and of course locally caught sea food. So we have made sure you will have everything you need in this kitchen. Appliances include a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob and fitted electric oven with an overhead extractor. Smaller appliances include a kettle for that morning cup of tea, a capsule coffee machine for those who prefer coffee and a toaster. Just outside on the terrace is washing machine and a door leads direct from the kitchen to the terrace.

A small table and 2 chairs has been placed in the kitchen, just perfect for a quick breakfast before a day of holiday fun. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

This 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms offers double beds in each bedroom. The master bedroom has the added enjoyment of an en suite bathroom as you enter the room on the left.  It offers a bath with an overhead shower along with a toilet and bidet. The basin is set into a vanity cupboard with lots of storage and a large mirror overhead. Decorated and nut and hazelnut colours and tiles it is a smart and stylish space. 

The master bedroom has a fitted double bed with a headboard in a light wood that suggests a wonderful nautical theme, little white shelves at different angles make great bedside places and lamps give a warm delightful light. The bed is made with crisp white linen and cushions add a splash of colour. 

A glass door with shutters leads to a private balcony and fitted wardrobes offer plenty of hidden storage space for your holiday clothes. An air conditioning unit makes sure you are comfortable all year round with fresh cool air for the summers months and warm cosy air for the slightly cooler winter months. 

The second bedroom also has a double bed, this time all in smart, clean modern white lacquer fittings. Again laid with fresh white linen and cushions to add a splash of fun to the room. We have added a chalet of drawers in match in white lacquer but there is also fitted wardrobes. Again a door with shutters leads on to a balcony. 

The bathroom is right next to the second bedroom and offers a shower cubicle, toilet basin and mirror. So make for a simple but useful and practical second bathroom. 

Private Terraces

Our modern 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms has a surprisingly large amount of outside space to enjoy. Starting with the living room, aloha one wall is massive sliding French style windows and when opened give the feel that the private balcony become part of the living arrangement. 

The balcony is great for al fresco living and we have added a dining table and 4 chairs along with some sun loungers for this days you may just wish to a relaxing home day. 

The view from the balcony overlook the central part of Cabanas Beach Club and mainly the well kept gardens.  Set just a little bit away from the pool means it can be a little calmer as a location but getting to the pool is very easy too. 

Another door from the kitchen also leads to this balcony and good feature for al fresco dining. By this door is also a washing machine for your use. 

Each bedroom offers a small balcony, both enjoy evening sun and sunsets and look over the Country side and mountains behind Cabanas de Tavira. 

Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool

Apartment Margarida is set within a very popular resort due to its closeness to the sea front and all it offers. The gardens that run down the centre os the gated complex are laid to lawn and flower beds with pleasant little paths.  The pool is set at one end of the complex and offers great facilities for guests of all ages.  Surrounding the pool is sun loungers for guests to use.

Beneath the complex is a huge and secure underground carpark.  Apartment Margarida has its own allocated space. The car park also gives easy access form the apartment to the pool and gardens without having to leave the resort.  


Our lovely modern 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms offers a wide selection of facilities.  It has excellent speed WIFI in every room, air conditioning in every room. The kitchen is supplied with a super selection of modern appliances and the windows all have shutters to keep the apartment cools, safe and dark at night, especially a great feature in the summer!

The secure underground garage is a great asset, but the location of Cabanas Beach Club means you don't need a car as it is located very close to the seafront and Bach along with the shops, cafes and restaurants. Cabanas also has great transport links and even its own train station. 

Our lovely 1st floor apartment with 2 double bedrooms comes with its own manual that you can download to your tablet or smart phone. Packed full of information to make the best of your holiday starting from the moment you arrive. It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Apartment Margarida. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.  

And of course our managers are on hand to make sure you love your holiday more if you need any advice or tips on the local area they will be more than happy to help.

    Booking your Holiday

    To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.

    30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.


    Damages Protection

    Premier Algarve  Holidays LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.

    The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at

    Methods of Payment

    On the payment page you will find two tabs.

    Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

    Tab 2  Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please ues this tab if you wish to pay by card.

    Arrival Day

    We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600.  This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday. 

    We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday. 

    Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you.  We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.  


    Departure Day

    We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you.  In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.


    Our "All important" Welcome Book

    Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.

    The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys. 

    We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive. 

    Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience. 

    During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book.  The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.


    Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans

    We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday.  We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected.     Car Hire

    We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you.  We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service. 

    We can also arrange hire of scooters for you.  They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

    Airport Transfers

    We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them. 

    Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site.  This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
