Apartment Viola is a fabulous 2bedroom apartment with direct access to the swimming pool and bathing area of Cabanas Beach Club. Situated next to Apartment Floresta it can also provide a great 2 family holiday base. Decorated is a modern stayer and with superb facility stop include parking, wifi and air con this apartment is a great choice any time of the year.
Our 2 bedroom apartment is at ground floor level and access is very easy. The front door to the lobby is secured using either a key or intercom from inside the apartment. There is just a few steps to the front door of the 2 bedroom apartment. The solid door opens up into a light and bright open plan style living area.
The 2 bedroom apartment living space is a really super and enjoyable style. Decorated in a soft and modern way. The room opens up into a light space with 2 large light grey fabric sofas surrounding a smart white coffee table. One sofa looks out on to the terrace and pool areas. Along one wall is a tv sideboard also in white to keep the light, bright theme. Set upon the sideboard a flat screen television offering a selection of European channels to enjoy.
Bar stools are a great feature at the breakfast bar and help to make sure everyone in the apartment can enjoy the company whether you are the cook or just enjoying a relaxing time.
The best feature of the space is the large French windows that slide open bringing the huge terrace into part of the living space. As it is semi enclosed it is a perfect addition to the 2 bedroom apartment for any time of the year.
Luxury features include excellent wifi throughout the living space and apartment. An air conditioning unite set upon the wall supplies cool need in the summer but also a warm cosy atmosphere in the cooler winter evenings.
The modern galley stays kitchen is just as you enter our fabulous 2 bedroom apartment n the left had side. A bank of modern fitted kitchen units along one wall provide plenty of food preparation space on the smart light grey speckled maybe work surface. The fitted cupboards store an excellent array of cooking utensils, pots, pans, servings dishes, crockery, cutlery, plates bowls and much more.
Integrated appliances in include and gas hob and electric oven with an overhead extractor, a full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
A door leads from the kitchen to the front terrace. Just by the kitchen is a washing machine and tumble drier.
Bedroom and Bathrooms
At the right of the front door is the part of the 2 bedroom apartment for the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a lovely soft and sumptuous kingsize bed within a smart fitted light wood bed unit. Each side is white bedside tables and matching lamps and overhead is an efficient air conditioning unit.
The master bedroom offers fitted wardrobes. Also a door with shutters thats leads to a small terrace, a perfect spot for morning coffee.
The en suite is a fabulous addition and provides a full size bath and overhead shower. Along with a basin set int a practical vanity unit with cupboards below and a large mirror overhead. A toilet and bidet compliment the en suite.
The second bedroom is laid as 2 single beds again with a matching light wood headboard and a tables each side with a lamp. The all important wardrobes and air con are also fitted and again another door with shutters leading to a small balcony that overlooks a quiet street.
Each bed is made up with crisp, fresh clean white linen and comfortable no feather pillows. Each is dressed with bright cushions and throws to add s apish of colour to the room. Each guest is provided with a bath and hand Towle and also a beach/pool towel too.
The family bathroom offers a shower cubicle, basin and toilet in a smart style decorated bathroom.
At the front of the living space at this 2 bedroom apartment is a super, large semi enclosed terrace. A small wall and gate makes the space secure for smaller children too. The little gate leads on to the terraces and bathing areas for the resort swimming pool.
The terrace is large enough to offer a large and modern outside dining table and 4 chairs along with a charcoal bbq. The terrace catch the sun in the summer from around 11am until 8pm in the evening so this really is a wonderful addition to the 2 bedroom apartment.
You can use the terrace from either a door from the kitchen so a great feature for al fresco drinking and dining. Also you van reach the terrace using the lovely large glass sliding doors from the living room. This really makes its feel like a wonderful open space.
Each bedroom has the added feature of a small balcony. These are both great for that early morning coffee watching the sun rise. The doors are fitted with shutters so if you prefer a holiday lay in at least you can make the room nice and dark!
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
Apartment Viola, our 2 bedroom apartment is set within the very popular resort of Cabanas Beach Club. The report offers excellent facilities. The swimming pool is salt water rather than chemical so great for soft skin. The shallow end offers easy access steps and around the pool is sun loungers and parasols for every one staying at the complex to enjoy.
Running through the centre of the enclosed resort are gardens and lawns to offer a tranquil space. Large solid gates with key codes systems allow those only with a right to enter access to the complex. A secure, underground car park offers a cool place to park in the summer months and each apartment has an allocated sparking space.
Each block contains 6 apartments not set higher then 3 floors and each lobby has a lift to the upper floors and also the car park tats can also be sued to access the pool and gardens.
Our fantastic 2 bedroom apartment offers low level comfortable living, particularly great for young children and older people who dont want too many stairs. The added features make the apartments a great holiday bas all year around with the Internet to help you arrange your day trips, air con to keep you cool are warm, parking and that all important summer swimming pool.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Premier Algarve Holidays LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at email@example.com.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please ues this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
