Apartment Pinheiro is a fabulous 2 bedroom garden apartment nestled on the exclusive Fuseta Ria Resort which is a short stroll to the centre of the quaint fishing village of Fuseta. The complex is a small and select mix of apartments and townhouses overlooking the Ria Formosa. The Resort offers a communal infinity swimming pool and leisure centre.
Entry into the lobby of the block of 6 apartments is via a front door operated by a video intercom system. On the ground floor there is access to only one other apartment. A solid front door with triple locking security system provides entry to the apartment, which then leads into the bright and spacious open plan living area.
Our 2 bedroom garden apartment enjoys a pleasant open plan living arrangement. Huge sliding windows to the front of the apartment slide open to allow the wonderful Algarve climate in to the space and provide an abundance of light.
By the windows we have placed 2 large comfortable fabric sofas, one looks out of the windows to allow you to enjoy the gardens and the second faces a flat screen television set upon and light solid natural wood TV unit. Matching furniture includes and useful coffee table set between the sofas. The back of the living space is a dining table in the same light wood and 6 matching dining chairs in a stylish dark leather and light wood effect.
The apartment offers really super open plan living area and the soft furnishings and decor finish the space with a warm and inviting family feel.
Sited at the back and to the right of the open plan living room of this gorgeous 2 bedroom garden apartment is a very well equipped open kitchen. A kitchen island offers great storage and additional workspace as well as offering a division of the kitchen area from the living space. The kitchen is set to 2 walls and offers both wall mounted and base units. the kitchen offers great facilities. Fitted with light and modern units with a fabulous marble work top the kitchen is stylish and practical.
Included also are a kettle, coffee machine and toaster along with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. All providing a great opportunity to try out new recipes, making use of the abundance of local fresh produce to include fish, meat, fruit and vegetables from the market in Fuseta town.
Appliances include a
full size fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine along with
a fitted microwave, fitted oven and gas hob with an overhead
extractor in a chrome finish.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
In keeping with the light wood feel the master bedroom at our 2 bedroom garden apartment offers a nice large kingsize bed with matching bedside cupboards and lamps. At the foot of the bed is a console table with a huge wall mounted mirror above.
Fitted wardrobes offer an abundance of storage for your holiday clothes and overhead is a modern and very efficient air conditioning unit for your comfort.
Floor to ceiling sliding French windows open up on to the private garden of this super 2 bedroom garden apartment. This is a great spot for relaxing at any time of the day.
Leading from the master bedroom is your own private en suite bathroom. Beautifully styled with modern tiles the bathroom offers a large shower cubicle, toilet and basin all in sparkling clean white porcelain. Over the basin is a large mirror.
The second bedroom is also positioned to the rear of the 2 bedroom garden apartment and also has those fabulous French windows which lead into the private garden. Laid with matching twin single beds and a bedside cupboard the light wood theme continues through the well designed apartment. Fitted wardrobes and air conditioning finish off the practical amenities for a perfect nights sleep.
The family bathroom offers a full size bath with an over head shower, a basin, toilet and bidet all in white porcelain agin keeping the sharp clean feel throughout. The basin is set into fabulous light brown marble and it just gives that wonderful opulent feeling.
Apartment Pinheiro is named a 2 bedroom garden apartment thanks to its wonderful outside space. To the front of the apartment are views of the Ria Formosa, traditional cobbled paths and flower beds with plenty of parking.
Leading from each of the sliding windows in both bedrooms the rear of our garden apartment opens up into an amazing garden terrace with steps up to a fabulous artificial grass area giving that wonderful lush garden feel. Around the edge are beds laid with white stones and local plants to give you that Algarve holiday feeling.
We have added some sun loungers and a small coffee table and chairs so you can make the most of this space. On the terrace we have added a full size outside dining set and a gas BBQ.
Communal Spaces Gardens and Swimming Pool
The swimming pool complex is for the sole use of guests of the Fuseta Ria Resort. It is accessed by way of key card entry system to retain its exclusivity. The upper level pool offers a plunge style pool and overlooks the beautiful vista out to sea. The infinity pool waterfall cascades into the larger pool within the lower level. This area also offers an indoor seating area where refreshments are available via vending machines. Both pools are surrounded by large terraced areas and offer sun loungers and parasols. The Fuseta Ria Resort complex also offers beauty treatments at an additional charge, so why not indulge in some pampering during your stay?

of Fuseta Ria. Designed to take advantage of the amazing sea views
and close to the village centre of Fuseta this makes for a great
place to spend your holidays. The garden apartment offers excellent
wifi thoughts along with air conditioning that can be set to cool
or heat depending on the time of year you visit.
The walk to the centre of Fuseta is around 10 minutes and you pass the railway station on the way. It is the same for the beach and the boats for the beach islands. There are plenty of local restaurants that are open all year round and offer locally caught fish and seafood.
Along the lower part of the resort you will see the Ecovia path that has been created to enjoy the birdlife and wildlife on foot or on bicycles. It makes a great place to explore and enjoy the natural habitat.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Premier Algarve Holidays LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference
Tab 2 Within our website we have a secure payment method for card payments. Please ues this tab if you wish to pay by card.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
