Casa a Ver is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom townhouse situated in the heart of the quaint fishing Village of Fuseta. With accommodation over two floors and a fabulous sun terrace you cannot fail to have a wonderful relaxing holiday at this lovely house.
Entry into this 2 bedroom townhouse is from a very quiet side street. Through the wooden door is a beautifully restored yet modernised hall and stair case. The open brick work has been carefully preserved in this traditional Portuguese townhouse.
The stunning marble staircase ascends to the first floor level of this traditional townhouse where you enter the open plan living and kitchen area. The lounge offers a light coloured 4 seater sofa which is set to the side of the huge sliding glass doors. These doors open out fully to the balcony. The sofa also faces the wall mounted flat screen TV which offers a selection of European channels to suit all nationalities. Beneath the TV is a white storage unit to hide those holiday books and magazines. The room also benefits from a multi fuel stove, making this townhouse the perfect choice for both summer and winter holidays. In the centre of the room is a square wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
This traditional townhouse benefits from a well equipped kitchen with both wall and base units to two walls which are finished with Azul blue tiles, adding a nautical feature. Also boasting fridge freezer, built in oven and microwave, ceramic hob with extractor over, washing machine and dishwasher. Included also are a kettle, coffee machine and toaster along with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. All provide our guests with the opportunity to try out new recipes, making use of the abundance of local fresh produce to include fish, meat, fruit and vegetables all available locally from the market in Fuseta town. The light wood units and light speckled worktop add a contemporary finish to this kitchen area.
Bedrooms & Bathroom
The 2 bedrooms and bathroom in this 2 bedroom renovated townhouse are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom boasts a light wood framed double bed with matching bedside units, both of which have reading lamps. The feature wall in this master bedroom once again showcases the preserved exposed brick work. Fitted wardrobes with sliding doors offer plenty of storage space. Beautiful ornate double wooden doors with integrated windows allow fresh air in throughout the day. The room also benefits from air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The second bedroom is laid out with two single beds and two bedside tables which match the free standing wardrobe. There is also a reading lamp provided here. The room benefits from air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Once again the open brick work is a fantastic feature to the room.
The family bathroom has fully tiled walls and floor in a neutral biscuit colour. The white bathroom suite comprises full size jacuzzi style bath with a rainforest shower head over, toilet and basin which has been set upon a mosaic tiled surface.
Our fabulous 2 bedroom traditional townhouse benefits from two terraces, the balcony, which is accessed directly from the living area and an exclusive private roof terrace. On the balcony we have placed a BBQ together with a wooden dining table and 4 chairs making it the ideal spot to enjoy the al fresco dining experience.
The roof terrace offers stunning views out over the town of Fuseta and to the ocean beyond. We have supplied sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine.

It tells you how to collect the keys, who will look after you during your stay and clear concise directions to Casa a Ver. Then it is packed full with details of the best restaurants, taxis and local amenities and activities.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Tab 1 Euro bank details, this is for you to be able to make a bank transfer. This is not automated. Please use the bank details given within your bank account to make the transfer and send a confirmation slip giving the booking reference

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.
