Apartment Dalia and a fantastic 2 bedroom apartment set at 4th floor level, newly furnished in 2018. With all modern facilities and set within the popular complex of Marina Village. Giving easy access to shops, restaurants and boats to the island beaches.
The fabulous 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a block of 8 apartments and at 4th floor level. Access to the block is via an intercom and the main vestibule gives access to the upper floors and rooftop pool via 2 lifts or enclosed stairs. On the 4th floor is just 2 apartments giving a feeling of privacy and peace.
Upon entering the front door or our 2 bedroom apartment Dalial it opens out to a large hallway giving access to all the living spaces. With delicate cream walls and wood flooring the hall give warmth style and comfort.
As you have entered the 2 bedroom apartment straight in front of you are large wooden and glass double doors opening up into to the large, light, spacious and airy living space. Laid with wooden flooring and painted with a delicate cream the room offers a large dining table with 2 chairs, two large fabric sofas surrounding a coffee table and large flatscreen television offering a variety or European tv channels to suit all tastes. Decorated with lovely pictures this room offers a certain style and comfort for your holiday. Huge glass french windows slide open onto a large balcony. Keep the windows open and enjoy a touch of the pleasant Algarve weather into the living room.
The kitchen is a nice spacious area in this perfect 2 bedroom apartment and well equipped to cater for 4 guests needs. Situated to the right of the font door and overlooking Olhao Town the kitchen is tiled with light blue pleasant tiles and painted a cream walls. The area has plenty of overhead cupboards and lower units too. so offering plenty of storage. In the cupboards you will find plenty of various sized glasses, cups, mugs, plates and bowls along with a selection of serving dishes and cooking pots. A set of drawers offer plenty os space again and you will find here all the cookings utensils needed and plenty of cutlery.
As you would expect for a 2 bedroom apartment of this quality. The kitchen offers a full size fridge freezer, mixed gas and electric hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner. You will also find and iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
To the left of the front door and along a short hallway is the master bedroom.This room offers a large kingsize bed with bedside units each side of the end and lamps for your comfort and to read. A full length window looks out onto the complex and is decorated with pleasant styled curtains. The window also has an electric shutter, perfect to keep the bedroom cooler in the summer months and offer complete darkness during the nights. Air conditioning is fitted and extremely modern and efficient offering coolness during the summer and warmth on those cooler winter evenings. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The bathroom is tiled stylishly with white floor tiles aqua blue wall tiles. The ensuite offers a bath and overhead shower, a beautiful glass basin set into a classy wooden vanity unit with a large mirror above and cupboard space below. The toilet and bidet and are simple but fresh white ceramic.
The second bedroom is a twin bed room with 2 large and comfortable single beds with a bedside unit in the centre with a light for comfort. A full size door style window looks out onto the Marina village complex and also also decorated with pleasant curtains. The window also offers a full electric shutter again offering coolness in the summer and full darkness at night. This room has a wardrobe and also offers an efficient air conditioning unit suitable to cool the apartment in the long hot summers but also warm the room for when the cooler winter evenings set in.
A second bathroom styled with white floor tiles and cream and brown wall tiles offers a shower cubicle, toilet and glass basin set into a wooden vanity unit again offering a lovely large mirror above and space to store toiletries below.
From the large and spacious living room huge sliding french windows lead out onto a wonderful large private terrace overlooking part of the Marina Complex, some small sea views and views over the famous cubist rooftops of Olhao. The terrace offers a table and chairs perfect for meals any time of the day and you can watch the sun rise over breakfast and also the sun go down with a pleasant aperitif maybe? Ambient lighting make the terrace a fabulous space at any time of the day or evening.
Communal Spaces, Gardens and Swimming Pool
The Marina Village is a very well kept complex with beautifully tended gardens with flower beds, bushes and indigenous trees. The area has plenty of off road parking too. Within the block that houses our fabulous 2 bedroom apartment Dalia there is the facility of 2 lifts to take you to each floor level and also to the rooftop were access is gained to a superb swimming pool set into wooden style decking and surrounded by sun-beds for your use. From here you will be treated to the best views in Olhao giving 360 views of both the town and all its wonderful architecture and views across the Ria Formosa and sea to the simply stunning islands of Olhao.
The first two blocks at the complex offers some shops, cafes, bars, restaurants to include an amazing Italian! Also a pancake parlour and live music pubs. So This really is a perfect holiday location.
As our fabulous newly furnished for 2018 two bedroomed apartment Dalia is situated on such a lovely modern complex it means everything is on hand and close by. Within a 10 minute walk you will find 2 large supermarkets. Also both a train and bus station. A daily fresh fish and produce market. (Best day is Saturday to visit when the local farmers also come to sell their produce!) A huge choice and variety of restaurants offering freshly caught fish and sea food to Indian food and gorgeous little tavernas in the back streets with great menus.
Whist there is no need to hire a car you can certainly do so easily with us. The giving you the chance to really explore all of the Algarve and everything it has to offer.
Olhao really is a wonderful location to visit and full of carachter being an old fishing town with an amazing heritage.

Booking your Holiday
To secure your holiday home with us, we ask for a deposit payment of 20% of the holiday price within 24 hours of the booking. As soon as that payment is made we will send an e mail asking for your full details and travel details.
30 days before your holiday starts we will send you a reminder e mail asking for the final payment for your holiday home.
Marslgarve LDA operates a Breakages insurance scheme for any accidental damages and breakages during your stay with us.
The non-refundable Damage Protection Fee of €10 per guest protects you from being charged for accidental property damage that may occur during your stay with us. Cover is up to the value of €500. All we ask is that you treat our homes with respect and should any accidental damage occur you inform us immediately by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We set the arrival time at your holiday home to be any time after 1600. This is to allow us time to prepare the holiday home for you. We are extremely flexible in that we will try and prepare the holiday home to coincide with your flight arrival time. But we can not guarantee this will happen. We are also happy to allow you leave baggage at the holiday home whilst the property is being prepared allowing you to get the most out of your holiday.
We ask that you carefully read the holiday home manual we will send you before the start of your holiday, as this contains all the contact information of the Manager who will be meeting you and looking after you during your holiday.
Our Manager will be expecting a telephone call from you on arrival day. The Manager will only attend the property after that phone call in readiness to meet you. We do not have a reception and each guest is met personally. If we have more than one client at once arriving we will let you know and ask that maybe you give us a little time. Maybe pop for a coffee and we can call you when we are ready to meet you. Our Manager will like to spend some time with you explaining how appliances work in the holiday home and let you know about the local area and will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We set the departure time at 1000. We ask for your departure details or plans once you leave us. This way we can schedule our holiday home preparation for the next guest just like we did for you. If we can offer a later stay during the winter months we will try and accommodate you. In the Summer months due to the high volume of guests we have to strictly adhere to the 1000 departure time at the latest.
Our "All important" Welcome Book
Before the start of your holiday we will send you our online Guest Welcome Book which is packed with everything you need to know about your holiday Home and the local area.
The book gives you all of the meeting arrangements, directions and how to get the keys.
We have tried to give you a real insight and help you to plan your holiday before you even arrive.
Our online Guest book is compatible with smart phones and tablets meaning you can take the guest book with you where ever you go to maximise your holiday experience.
During your holiday if you find places not in the book you would like to recommend to future guests please do let us know and we would love to add them to our book. The idea is to offer a great book that guests find useful.
Hampers and Mid Stay Cleans
Our properties are cleaned to an excellent standard and all items of any previous guest are removed. This includes all cooking items or hygiene products. This is to comply with Rental Licence and Covid rules for Portugal. As a self catering property we value your privacy and as such do not offer any cleaning service during your stay unless you request the extra paid service with us.
To provide the best service for our guests we do provide hand soap and a toilet roll per bathroom. The tap water in all of our properties is fit for human consumption.
We offer a selection of hampers at an extra fee and can be seen and chosen during or after the booking process.
Children and Babies
We can hire a variety of items for your holiday home. Please book any items your require during the booking process.
We have an arrangement with a superb local Bike Hire Company and can arrange for bicycles to be delivered to your holiday home either before your holiday starts or during you holiday. We can also arrange for the bikes to be collected. Please click on the link below choose your bikes and accessories, let us know via e mail and we will get it all booked for you.
We can take the stress out of car hire for you by booking in advance for you. We have chosen a small local Company to supply our hire cars. They will be at the Airport to meet you personally rather than you having to find a shuttle bus to the larger hire car Companies or waiting in huge queues with a horrible and impersonal service.
We can also arrange hire of scooters for you. They can be delivered at your holiday home and collects after your holiday is over.

We use a fantastic local Company, Sunline Transfers. The Company has built a super reliable and excellent Airport transfer service and we are proud to be connected with them.
Please ask for a quote and we will arrange the transfers via our Company login to their site. This means there will be no waiting around at the Airport as the driver will be in Arrivals waiting for you. There will be no trying the explain the location of your holiday home as the driver will already know where to go. The driver will even call our Managers in advance for you so they can be at the holiday home ready to meet you.

"Beautiful and spacious apartment. We stayed with four persons and still had a lot of private space. The arrival was super smooth, with kind explanations about the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in the Algarve, close to the main connecting road to Faro and Tavira. The house provided a calm and peaceful base for all our explorations in the area. The host always responded within minutes on any of our questions and even offered to do some groceries since our arrival was at Christmas. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering to visit the Algarve. Olhaõ has also many nice restaurants and bars to offer so even when you want a quiet week, it's a beautiful place to stay."

Thank you for a wonderful week in Olhao and the Algarve coast. Olhao is a fishing town with a lot of culture and attractions. We visited the island of Faroll and the beach of St. Lucia, two scenic beaches. Our apartment DALIA in Real Marina Village was perfect. Well equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with large balcony with morning sun. All rooms have AC. The proximity to culture, swimming and restaurants makes the whole experience in Portugal wonderful. A must is Saturday's fish market in Olhao as well as the seafood festival in August. This apartment is more than excellent! Everything was just amazing. The Dalia apartment is brand new and well designed, making you feel that you are in your own private world. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine which increases your comfort. Bathrooms were spotless, sparkling clean. Very comfortable beds and good quality pillows so you will wake up well rested every morning. Nice big private terrace there you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner. Perfect location, close to the restaurants, fish market every saturday, near to the harbour there you can arrange a trip to the beautifull beaches. Yes, Olhao offers so much to everybody and Dalia apartment is amazing place there you are a part of a Algarve lifestyle and you can not get it enough! Great place to recharge your batteries! Highly recommended. We definitely will come back soon as possible!
